During summertime the hair is exposed to damaging environmental conditions that make it dryer than usual, like the overexposure to UV rays, sea water and chlorine from swimming pools.

Take note! Antonio Corral Calero is giving us advice to keep a dazzling hair during and after summertime:

– To repair the hair damaged by sun exposure, I recommend using the Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Shampoo followed by the Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Conditioner, which will give your hair the essential nutrients and moisturizing your hair needs.

Their highly concentrated formula repair and give back the hair’s health, hydration and elasticity thanks to the antioxidant argan oil, the restorative keratin and the essential fatty acids. I also recommend you to use our Moroccanoil Treatment which completely transforms the hair by detangling it, reducing its drying time, nourishing it and adding it shine.

– Regardless of the hair colour, a frequent sun exposure deteriorates it, specially for dyed hair. In order to fight this, you can apply the Moroccanoil Treatment on humid hair before combing it. This way, you will avoid moisture loss and thus help preserve the hair’s tone throughout the Summer.

 – In Summer it is very important to hydrate your hair. I advise you to carry in your bag a jar of Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream, to refresh the hair. Put a small quantity in your palm and  apply it on your hair. It will bring hydration to fight frizziness without adding weight to the hairstyle. Also for summertime, always carry with you a tube of Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray, it will protect your hair from UV rays and add a spectacular shine to it.

– It is very important to use hair products that contain high-quality natural ingredients, like argan oil, proteins, avocado, or almonds, which  provide the necessary nutrients to  protect and take care of your hair. The vitamins and antioxidants you can find in these ingredients help restore your hair and prevent dryness.
